Microsoft are bringing "Libraries" to Windows. I haven't played in depth yet, but they represent groups of similar files such as documents, pictures and so on. A world away from the promise of Longhorn but I am curious to find out how usable non-expert find this new functionality:
Windows search also gets some attention, with highlighting and a new style of showing results. Maybe it will grow on me but I found it visually cluttered and confused:
